General Manager - Mandeville, LA
Thomas
Born and raised in Mandeville, Thomas has spent over 12 years in the restaurant industry and the last three leading the team at Chicken Salad Chick. He’s passionate about creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members, and believes that integrity, kindness, and consistency are the keys to great service. Thomas takes pride in mentoring others and building a strong, supportive culture where people can thrive.

Outside of work, he enjoys running, working out, fishing, and spending time with his family. His favorite menu item is Jalapeño Holly—bold, flavorful, and full of personality. Though naturally shy, Thomas works daily to lead with confidence and positivity, always focused on inspiring others to grow.

General Manager - Spring, TX
Nick
Nick has proudly led the Spring location for several years and brings over 30 years of local community connection to his role. Originally from Baytown, he’s called Spring home for most of his life. Nick is passionate about guest service and takes pride in greeting regulars and first-time visitors with a warm, welcoming smile. He believes that hard work, consistency, and treating others with respect are the keys to a great guest experience.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing video games, working on cars and sound systems, and spending time with his wife of nearly 20 years, Jessica. He’s proud to lead a dedicated team that shares his commitment to serving up a scoop of happiness every day.

General Manager - College Park, TX
Christine
Christine has been part of the Chicken Salad Chick family for over six years and currently leads the College Park location. With a passion for people and a heart for hospitality, she enjoys the daily opportunity to work with a variety of personalities and create meaningful experiences for both her team and guests. Her approach to service is simple: be genuine, listen well, and just do it right.

Originally from Chicago, Christine moved to the area after her husband’s job relocation and quickly embraced her new home. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughters, grandkids, and her English Bulldog, Sam. She and her husband also enjoy attending Corvette car shows together.

Rebecca
Rebecca has been with Chicken Salad Chick since 2020 and brings over a decade of restaurant experience. Known for her positive attitude and strong work ethic, she loves leading a team that feels like family. She’s passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and believes even small moments can make a big impact.

Originally from California, Rebecca moved to Texas in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the community. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, spending time with her husband and dog, and relaxing with close friends. A fun fact: she once auditioned for American Idol and The Voice—singing has always been her favorite outlet.

Jalyna
Jalyna has led the Tomball location for four years and brings a passion for cooking, hospitality, and building a strong, motivated team. She’s committed to going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and believes in treating others the way she’d like to be treated—always with kindness, respect, and a warm smile.

Born in California and raised in a military family, Jalyna had the opportunity to travel and connect with people from all walks of life. She now enjoys life in Texas with her 11-year-old son, Ryan, who is her greatest joy. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and finding ways to serve others both in and out of the restaurant.

Sarah
With over 12 years in the restaurant industry, Sarah brings a passion for leadership, guest service, and team development to her role at Chicken Salad Chick. Since joining, she’s focused on building strong teams, delivering consistent, high-quality service, and creating memorable guest experiences. Sarah believes in owning mistakes, leading with accountability, and always striving to improve.

Originally from the Midwest, Sarah moved to Houston 12 years ago and quickly fell in love with the city's diversity, food scene, and community spirit. Outside of work, she enjoys game nights with friends, exploring local restaurants, and being a proud swim mom to her daughters. A fun fact: she’s a mother of seven—four boys and three girls who keep her on her toes!
